Interesting Facts about our Boutique Hotel

We would like to point out that our hotel in Flachau does not offer any multi-bedroom options. Extra beds and children's beds are not available. In our adults-only Boutique Hotel Bianca, couples and singles will find ideal conditions to feel good using all senses.

  • Please send us your request in German or English.
     

  • Electric charging stations for your electric car are also in the immediate vicinity, as are sports shops, ski rental shops and restaurants.
     

  • If you arrive in Flachau by car, you will find plenty of parking spaces directly in front of our hotel.

All of our unique rooms were created with great attention to detail and offer a cozy, friendly, bright and feel-good atmosphere.

The rooms in our boutique hotel in Flachau are characterized by the fact that no two are alike. What remains the same, however, is the high-quality furnishings, the lovely design and cozy decor and the unique living comfort - and of course free WiFi in both buildings. This makes every stay in our adults-only hotel for friends, singles and couples an individual dream vacation with a particularly individual and cozy touch.

BOUTIQUEHOTEL MAIN HOUSE

The main building contains exclusive accommodations that represent the special features of our hotel in Flachau down to the smallest detail. Here you can choose between five superior double rooms, two superior single rooms, a deluxe room for 2 people, or a grand deluxe room for 3 people.

 

​Our breakfast rooms with an absolute living room feel are not lounges and are not offered for general use.

ANNEX

In the annex of our boutique hotel, which is only a few meters away from the main building, there are five cozy, charming basic double rooms, some with a balcony.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

The right of cancellation according to Section 18 Paragraph 1 Item 10 FAGG does not apply in the Boutique Hotel Bianca in Flachau, but the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry AGBH 2006 apply. These are as follows:

  • Free cancellation up to three months before your arrival
     

  • Cancellation three months to one month before arrival: expected payment of 40% of the booking value
     

  • Cancellation one month to one week before arrival: expected payment of 70% of the booking value
     

  • Cancellation in the last week before arrival and in the event of early departure: expected payment of 90% of the booking value
     

  • In the event of non-appearance without prior cancellation (“no-show”): expected payment of 100% of the booking value

    We recommend that you sign up for cancellation insurance through European Travel Insurance.

FIXED BOOKING - DEPOSIT

A booking at our hotel in Flachau must be made in writing and is only reserved for you once a deposit has been paid per room (free of charge for the recipient). We ask for your understanding!
